I was willing to spend $7 on an notepad app that could do something better and different than the Mac Stickies, or the free version of Evernote. To me, if this thing was as good as I had hoped, and as good as everyone else had reviewed, this would have been worth my money. Unfortunately it is ridden with bugs on an embarrassing level. Here are some examples: - I have two monitors. If you create a note on the secondary monitor, it forces you to move it to the primary. You cannot move it back. - No ability to easily save out your notes, or keep them stored in a certain folder of your choosing (much like Mac Stickies). If you were hoping to sync your notes up on a cloud, you can forget about it. - The preferences DO NOT work. If you set your new notes up a certain way within preferences, it will simply be ignored, and will revert back to its own default font and window options. - There is no menu for this application on the top menu bar of OS X. In fact, you can only access Preferences through an icon on the top menu bar. - There are no additional formatting options in the notes, as opposed to Mac Stickies. These are the biggest issues I have with it. I have a lot more. This app, is worse than the stickies that come with your Mac. The only great thing I can think of about this app is the option to appoint custom note colors, the translucent/floating option, and attaching notes to an application (which doesnt usually work anyways). Just to reiterate, the stickies application that comes with your Mac, works better as a stickies app, than this $7 application. A very big disappointment, and I wish this was much better than advertised.
